The safety and wellbeing of all our team and how we safeguard you our customers is our absolute priority. Be assured that our contingencies will allow us to continue to provide property management, and ensure our tenants can begin their new rental agreements.

We are proud to have provided boutique co-living to hundreds of tenants, and we will continue to do so with our usual enthusiasm and passion through this challenging time. For now, we stay at home, work from home…
Here’s a list of changes we’ve made –

For our office team it is still business as usual; Ellie and Emily are now working in the office and continue to be available via email and telephone for any existing queries.

Viewings – We can offer video viewings, Skype/FaceTime viewings and links to our popular 3D walkthroughs – all 3D walkthroughs are on our house pages

Maintenance – Our maintenance team are still on hand for emergencies and are currently able to carry out essential and routine maintenance

Strawberry Property has surveyed their workforce to identify employees or close family members whose underlying health conditions may fall into a high-risk category as published by the UK Government. Individual working practices and special measures may be implemented to protect these individuals.

The Team are all responsible for Disease Control Measures when accessing houses. These include an enforced hand washing policy on arrival to the premises, disinfection of any touched surfaces, door handles, bannisters etc and an enforced reduction in person to person contact, for example, shaking hands.
